Hi There...
Have you ever thought if you could squeez in a small workout session in the middle of your long office hours?
How charged it would get you?
How balanced you can be?
And how much more active and healthy...
For over 3 years now i have been struggling with my long office hours... (12 hours a day)
I seldom do get the time to move... and even if i move there are no stair case in my office.. if i folow the 50 - 10 rule that is 50 minutes working and 10 minutes walking it will be too evident as i sit next to the GM's Room!
So friends all of you right there stuck like me on an office chair.. can now workout and lose 100 calories in your tea breaks!
You will need:
1. A little space : can be your cabin which can be locked and should be covered.. dont worry this will only take 10 minutes so you can lock your room for 10 minutes. I suggest if you have a toilet that can be a little spacious like mine it can be easily used..
2. Some wet and dry tissues...
3. A mobile watch...
Start with the following:
30 seconds - Arm swings
30 seconds - Windmills
1 Minute - Marching In Place1 Minute - High knees jogging in Place
1 Minute - Jumping Jacks
1 Minute - Skipping rope movement
1 Minute - Butt Kicks
1 Minute - Jumping Jacks
1 Minute - Squat Kicks or High front kicks
1 Minute - Mild jogging
1 Minute - Skiing in Place
30 Seconds - Cool down Streching

TOTAL TIME INVOLVED- 10 Minutes 30 Seconds
================================================If you are one of those who work in an office where these things are completely out of imagination or the sweat (little that wd be) would spoil your hair and make up then try fitting this excercise in the morning.. or use it as a preparation for begginers who are starting working out!
Chucky.
